Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon flax seeds nd tulsi drops (2 drops) with water
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*BREAKFAST*
*7:00 am*
2 suji cheela ( non sticky) with curd and bowl of salad
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*MORNING MIDMEAL*

Cup of milk tea with 2 oats biscuits

9,10 august….bowl of pomegranate salad ( add max chopped salad)
11 august….bowl of k special milk (300ml milk ) add max chopped fruits ( no sugar)
*AT 9:00 pm*
1 guava
Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed
(2 time green tea in a day)….
