Early morning when u wake up at *5:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 black pepper with water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take methi (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd wheatgrass juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*BREAKFAST*

*7:30 am*

1 suji cheela ( non sticky) with curd and bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 10:00 noon*

1 pear 

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

lemon water ( add 2 spoon gond katira )

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:30pm*

3 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ………paneer as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

9,10 august….bowl of pomegranate salad ( add max chopped salad)

11 august….bowl of k special milk ( 250 ml milk ) add max chopped fruits ( no sugar)

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 guava 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
