First 10 days…. Take jeera(½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take mint leaves (12-15 leaves) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take rose petals (½ rose red/pink) water… 200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd aloevera juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
Cup of milk with 2 marie biscuits
*BREAKFAST*
*10:30 am*
bowl of paneer & corn chaat ( 120gms paneer)
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
*At 12:30 noon*
infused water ( add chopped kiwi, some pieces of ginger, mint leaves)
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted puffed rice

11 august…..glass of banana shake ( use 1 ½ banana with 300ml milk ) ( no sugar)
