Early morning when u wake up at *5:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days….   Take jeera (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days….. Take cinnamon (¼ spoon) water…. 200ml

Next 10 days….. Take coriander (½ spoon) water…..200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd triphla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*8:30 am*

bowl of sprouts khichdi with bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:00 noon*

infused water ( add 2-3 plums, some pieces of ginger, coriander leaves)

*AFTERNOON MEAL*

*AT 1:00PM*

1 guava  

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:30pm*

3 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …..rajma as veg 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted puffed rice 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

9 august….. bowl of veg oats ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

10,11 august….bowl of cucumber ka raita (low salt) with bowl of salad

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
