94. Ramayana’s Delicious Gajar halwa?
Ingredients
• 3-4carrots
• 1cup of water
•1 tsp poppy seeds
• add little jaggery (for taste )
• few drops of desi ghee
• 2 tsp finely chopped mixed dry nuts
• 2 green cardamom
• 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
• 1 tsp rose water.
Steps
•First of all, put cardamom and carrot in water and stir well .
•Heat the few drops of ghee in a separate pan and fry the mixed dry nuts lightly and mix it with the carrots, and add the soaked poppy seeds at the same time .
•Now add the jaggery , rose water and cardamom powder , cook it for 1 to 2 minutes .
•And it’s Ready to eat ..
•Serve hot and garnish with few nuts ??
