*Black chana dosa*
Black chana half cup
Soal for 8 hours or overnight
Drain excess water
Cup measurement – 1 cup heaped
Transfer in a grinder jar
Suji 1/4 Cup to 1/2 cup
7-8 curry leaves
2 green chilli
1/4 Cup curd
1/4 Cup water
Grind it fine paste
Whisk for 1 min
Rest it for 10-15 mins
Oil – 1 tsp
Onion small 1 roughly chopped
15-17 garlic
Saute for 2-3 minutes
5-6 kashmiri red chilli
Salt to taste
Grind add little water
Can be applied on dosa to enhance the taste
Half cup fresh coconut 🥥
2-4 tsp roasted chana dal
Ginger half spoon
5-6 garlic cloves
Tamarind 1 tsp
2-3 kashmiri red chilli
Asafoetida – a pinch
1/4 tsp salt
Water – as required
Grind
Nice colour nd aroma
Add regular mustard seeds and curry leaves tadka
After 15 mins the better is set
Add water to adjust consistency
Salt to taste
Spread batter on pan
Move your appointment handly gently in circle motion
Aply ghee or oil
Cook on medium flame
Mix veg and paneer masala
Nice colour nd crispy
Ready to serve it .
