Cooker add soaked jowar nd add water
Add salt to taste nd pinch of hing
Add 1 spoon ghee
Cook for 4-5 whistle
1 pan add 2 spoon desi ghee
Roast peanut & cashew
Heend ,green chilli
Chopped onion chopped carrot
Chopped tomato
Cook 2-3 mins
Add haldi, red chilli
Garm masala, chaat masala
Salt to taste
Cook for 2-3 mins
Add fresh coriander
Add lemon juice
Ready to serve 😋
