*Makhana & Nuts Pudding*
*Ingredients:-*
• 1 cup of Makhana
• 10 cashews
• 10 pistachios
• 10 soaked & peeled almonds
• 15 Kesar strands (soaked in 2tbsp water)
• 1 Cup hung curd
• 5 elaichi
*Method*
-Dry roast the makhana.
Add -cashews, pistachios, almonds roast it for a minute.
-Transfer it all to a blender jar, along with yogurt, elaichi powder, Kesar water.
-Once blended to a smooth consistency, pour it in small cups and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
