▢ oats
▢chia seeds
▢curd
▢milk
▢ sprouts
▢ carrot
▢cucumber etc
▢curry leaves
▢peanuts
▢mustard seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
take a bowl….add oats chia seeds curd milk soaked overnight
add sprouts, carrot, cucumber etc…

TEMPRING
add curry leaves, peanuts, mustard seeds
