Early morning when u wake up at *6:30 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

Take black chana water… 200ml…. On alternate days

Otherwise take normal water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 10-12 raisins nd ¬Ĺspoon pumpkin seeds

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga


1 apple 


*AT 7:45am*

Cup of milk with atta biscuits


*11:00 am*

2 mushroom grilled sandwich ( use 4 slice of brown bread) with bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*


*At 1:00 noon*

glass of sweet lassi


*AT 2:45pm*

1¬Ĺchapati with veg nd nd curd nd 1 pc of amla muraba


One day …..black chana with rice¬†

Next day… besan gatta as veg

Next day….rongi as veg¬†


*At 5:30 pm*

Cup of milk or with  handful of roasted puffed rice  

Water intake maximum


*AT 7:30pm to 8:00pm*

2 chapati with veg  and moong dal 

After 10 mints 

suji halwa


*At 10:00pm*

*Cup of milk with 2 pcs of dates before 2 hours to bed*

*If you need meal at late night*

1 guava 



* Do walk for 45 min. daily

* Send me ur weight every day

* if any medical issues then send your report on every sunday (eg. Diabetes)

* Weight must check on same machine nd on digital machine and on same timing every time(empty stomach)
