Next 10 days… Take 2 garlic cloves with water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Coriander (½ spoon )water ….200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd half spoon flax seeds nd triphala juice (20ml)with water
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
cup of milk tea/green tea with 2 oats biscuits
*BREAKFAST*

10,11,12 august…..bowl of paneer and corn chaat ( use 100gms paneer) with bowl of salad
13 august….bowl of oatmeal porridge
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

lemon water ( use lemon and 2 spoon of soaked gond katira)
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted makhana
Water intake maximum
*DINNER*
*AT 7:30pm*
10 august…bowl of makhana bhel with bowl of salad
11,12 august……bowl of milk cornflakes ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
13 august…..bowl of oatmeal porridge
