107. Ramayana’s Missi roti ?

Ingredients :
1 cup Wheat flour (Atta)
1/2 cup Gram flour (Besan)
1 Onion:-
3-4 Green chilli:-
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
2 teaspoon desi Ghee (for roasting)
as needed Water (for kneading dough)

Method :
┬░Take a bowl. Add 2 cup of wheat flour (atta) and 1 cup of gram flour (besan) to it.
┬░Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp red chilli powder, 1tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp salt and 2 spoon oil or ghee in it and mix everything together.
┬░Then add 1 Finely chopped onion and some green chilies and knead the dough. Allow it to rest for 10 min.
┬░Take a pan or Tawaa. Heat it up. Take a dough ball on rolling board and dust some dry wheat flour on both sides of the dough ball. Roll it to a circle.
┬░Place the roti on hot tawaa. Roast it for some time then spread some ghee on one side of the roti and roast it for 1 min.
┬░Missi roti is ready. Serve it hot.
