Early morning when u wake up at *5:30 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take barley(½spoon jau ka sattu) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ginger(½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 black pepper with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½spoon sunflower seeds nd noni with garcinia cambogia (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga


Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 ragi biscuits


*8:30 am*

11,12,13 august…..bowl of moong dal chaat with bowl of salad

14 august….bowl of oatmeal porridge

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*


*At 11:00 noon*

1 kiwi

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle


*AT 1:30pm*

11,12,13 august…….2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl


One day ….. rongi as veg 

14 august…..cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 slice of brown bread


*At 4:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 digestive biscuit

Water intake maximum


*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

11 august….bowl of mix veg soup( low salt) with bowl of salad

12 august….bowl of makhana kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

13 august…..bowl of chicken soup with bowl of salad

14 august…..bowl of oatmeal porridge

*AT :00 pm*

1 pear 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….



* Do walk for 45 min. daily

* Send me ur weight every day

* if any medical issues then send your report on every sunday (eg. Diabetes)

* Weight must check on same machine nd on digital machine and on same timing every time(empty stomach)
