*SUGAR AND BUTTER NOT ALLOWED*

Early morning when u wake up at *5:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take jeera (half spoon) with water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 black pepper with water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take Ajwain (¬Ĺspoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd half spoon flax seeds nd triphala juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Glass of white petha juice

*BREAKFAST*

*9:00 am*

10,11,12 august….bowl of veg vermicelli ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

13 august….bowl of milk muesli ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:30 noon*

1 apple 

*AFTERNOON MEAL*

*AT 12:30 PM*

coconut water with handful of roasted chana

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm to 2:30pm*

10,11,12 augus …….2 chapati (use soya and wheat) with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …boiled rice with curry without pakoda 

13 august…..bowl of curd mix salad ( low salt) add max chopped salad

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk green tea (use elaichi in milk) with 2 digestive biscuits

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 6:30 PM*

1 apple 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

12 august,….bowl of oatmeal porridge

13 august…….bowl of milk muesli ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 mosambi

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
