Early morning when u wake up at 6:00 am

(soaked overnight)

First 10 days…. Take rose petals (Ā½ rose pink/ red) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (Ā¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… take mint leaves (half spoon) waterā€¦..200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd half spoon flax seeds nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*Apply lemon on skin during bath*

*BREAKFAST*

7:30 am

10,11,12 august…..cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 slice of brown bread

13 august…..bowl of milk cornflakes ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

Donā€™t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

At 10:00 noon

infused water ( add chopped kiwi, some pieces of ginger, coriander)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

AT 11:30pm

10,11,12 august……2 chapati with veg and bowl of saladĀ 

Or

One day …..mushroom as vegĀ 

13 august…..bowl of curd mix salad ( low salt) add max chopped salad

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

At 1:30 noon

1 mosambiĀ 

*EVENING TEA*

At 5:00 pm

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted makhanaĀ 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

AT 7:30pm

10 august…..bowl of fresh paneer salad ( use 100gms paneer) add max chopped salad

11.12 august….. bowl of suji kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

13 august…..bowl of milk cornflakes ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
