Need to follow strictly, timing can manage according to your comfort except ur dinner time

Early morning when u wake up at 7:30 am

(soaked overnight)

First 10 days…. Take rose leaves (½spoon) water….200ml

Next 10 days… take mint leaves (12-15 leaves) water …200ml

Next 10 days….. take jeera (½spoon) water….200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd half spoon flax seeds nd giloy juice (20ml) with water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*8:15 am*

10,11,12 august……bowl of veg poha ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

13 august……bowl of cucumber ka raita ( low salt) with bowl of salad

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

AFTERNOON MID MEAL

At 10:30 noon

lassi ( use 2-3 spoon of curd and roasted jeera)  

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

or

one day….. white chana as veg

13 august……cup of milk ( no sugar) with 3 suji rusk

EVENING MEAL

At 5:00 pm

cup of milk tea/ green tea with handful of roasted chana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00 pm*

10 august…..bowl of mix veg soup ( low salt) with bowl of salad

11,12 august…..bowl of quinoa felhari ( low salt)

*AT 9:00 pm*

bowl of papaya

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
