Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take jeera (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ajwain (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon flax seeds nd triphala juice(20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

*At 7:30am*

1 apple

*MORNING MEAL*

*8:45 am*

cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 suji rusk

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*BREAKFAST*

*At 11:00 noon*

2-3 quick veggie tikki with green chutney and bowl of salad

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch …..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 1:30pm*

3 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….mushroom as veg 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 3:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 5:00PM*

infused water ( add chopped kiwi,some pieces of ginger,2 basil leaves)

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

10 august……bowl of mix veg soup ( low salt) with bowl of salad

11,12 august……bowl of milk( add 1 ½spoon isabgol) muesli ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 guava  

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
