First 10 days…. Take jeera (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 garlic cloves with water… 200ml

Next 10 days…cinnamon (½ spoon) water….. 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachios nd triphala juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*9:30 am*

14,15,16 august….cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 suji rusk

17 august….bowl of suji kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:30 noon*

Lemon water ( add 2 spoon of gond katira) 

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

14,15,16 august…..2 chapati (use oats & wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

One day ….. rajma as veg 

17 august……bowl of curd mix salad (low salt) add max chopped salad

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with ½ handful of peanuts 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

14,15 august…..bowl of pomegranate salad (low salt) add max chopped salad 

16 august…..bowl of  milk oats ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

17 august…..bowl of suji kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*
