Need to follow strictly, timing can be managed according to your comfort but except your dinner time


Early morning when u wake up at *5:30* am

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take jeera (¬Ĺspoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ajwain (¬Ĺspoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 garlic cloves with water.. Water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd giloy juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga


*8:00 am*

2 onion jau kneaded chapati with curd and salad bowl  

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal


*At 11:00 noon*

energy drink (¬Ĺ bowl of cheries/baries ,mint leaves,1 lemon)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle


*AT 1:30pm*

3 chapati with veg and salad bowl  


One day ….. white chana with boiled rice and salad bowl¬†


*AT 3:30PM*

1 mosambi  


*At 5:30 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with puffed rice 

*Water intake maximum*

*add half spoon sun flower seeds in a day* 


*AT 7:00pm*

16 july….bowl of sprouts khichdi with salad¬†

17,18 july…..bowl of milk custard (use max chopped fruit)(no sugar)

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
