First 10 days…. Take jeera (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ajwain (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days…  Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd  ½ spoon flax seeds nd triphala juice(20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

*At 7:30am*

cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 digestive biscuits 

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*BREAKFAST*

19 july… bowl of suji kheer (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch …..add in your water bottle

16,17,18july….  3 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

One day …..  green leafy veg as veg 

19 july….cup of milk (no sugar)with 3 slice of brown bread

*EVENING TEA*

*At 3:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted chana

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 5:00PM*

infused water (use 1 chopped kiwi,some pieces of ginger,mint leaves)

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

16 july…… bowl of saute idli (use 2-3 pcs of idli) with salad bowl 

17,18 july….  glass of apple shake (300ml milk) (no sugar) add max fruits 

19 july….. bowl of suji kheer (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
