Early morning when u wake up at *5:30 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take mint leaves (½spoon paste) water… 200ml

Next 10 days.. take coriander (½spoon) water….200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd aloe vera juice(20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats  biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*7:15 am*

16,17,18 july….. bowl of veg poha (add max chopped veg) nd salad bowl 

19 july…. bowl of milk muesli (no sugar)add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 09:30 noon*

bowl of papaya  

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 11:40pm*

16,17,18 july….3 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …..spinach as veg

19 july…. bowl of curd mix salad (low salt) add max chopped salad

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*AT 2:00PM*

lemon water (no sugar,no salt)

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of puffed rice  

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

16,17  july… Bowl of mexican salad (low salt) nd salad bowl

18 july….. bowl of oats kheer add max fruits (no sugar) 

19 july… bowl of milk muesli (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
