Next 10 days… Take coriander (¬Ĺspoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¬ľspoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd tulsi drops (2drops in water)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*9:00 am*

16 july….bowl of spicy crunchy cornflakes(add max chopped veggie) nd salad bowl

17 18,19 july… 1 onion stuffed chapati with curd and salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

bowl of papaya 

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch …..add in your water bottle

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 1:00 am*

infused water(use 1 chopped kiwi, small pcs of ginger nd some coriander leaves) 

*LUNCH*

*AT 3:00pm*

16 july…. 2 brown bread with veg and salad

17,18,19 july…..2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

One day ….. white chana¬† as veg¬†

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted chana

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

16 july……bowl of milk cornflakes (no sugar) add max chopped fruits¬†

¬†17,18 july…. bowl of veg oats ( add max chopped veggies)and salad of bowl¬†

19 july…. bowl of custard milk (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple
