First 10 days…. Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd giloy juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*BREAKFAST*

*7:30 am*

16 july….bowl of gheeya (kaddu) ka raita (low salt) with salad

17,18,19 july….bowl of milk muesli(no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 10:00 noon*

infused water (1 chopped kiwi,some pieces of ginger, coriander leaves)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 11:30pm*

16 july… 2 brown bread with veg and salad

17,18,19 july…2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

One day ….. soya bean as veg 

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 1:30 noon*

1 apple

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted makhana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*
