Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd half spoon flax seeds nd giloy juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 degestive biscuits
*BREAKFAST*

18,19,20 july…..bowl of veg oats with salad bowl
21 july…. bowl of milk muesli (no sugar) add max chopped fruits
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
