Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take coriander (¬Ĺspoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 garlic cloves¬† water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take jeera (¬Ĺspoon)¬† water….200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd half spoon flax seeds nd giloy juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 degestive  biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*9:00 am*

18,19,20 july…..bowl of veg oats with salad bowl¬†

21 july…. bowl of milk muesli (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:00 noon*

infused water (some pieces of ginger, coriander leaves)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 1:30pm*

2 chapati(use oats and wheats floor) with veg n salad bowl

or

one day…..green leafy veg¬† as veg¬†

21 july… 2 slice brown bread with veg and salad of bowl

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 3:30PM*

coconut water

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk or milk tea or green tea (use elaichi in milk) with handful of puffed rice 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

21 july… bowl of milk muesli (no sugar) add max chopped

*AT 9:00 pm*
