Early morning when u wake up at *6:30 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 garlic cloves with water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd triphala juice(20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*BREAKFAST*

*7:30 am*

bowl of chikpea salad (add max chopped salad)

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 10:00 noon*

coconut water

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 11:30 pm*

2 chapati (use ragi & wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

One day ….. paneer as veg

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 2:00PM*

1 pear

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted chana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

19 july… saute idli(2 pieces of idli) with salad bowl

20,21 july… cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 suji rusk

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
