Early morning when u wake up at 6:00 am
(soaked overnight)
First 10 days…. Take lemon (squeeze 1 lemon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take ginger (½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd triphala juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*BREAKFAST*
8:00 am
1½mushroom grilled sandwich with 3 slice of brown bread nd salad bowl
Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal
*MORNING MIDMEAL*
AT 10:00am
infused water (1 chopped kiwi,cinnamon,mint leaves)
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
At 12:30 noon

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..anytime…..add in your water bottle

AT 2:30pm
2 chapati (use jau & wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

one day….. tori as veg
*EVENING TEA*
At 5:00 pm
Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits
Water intake maximum

21 july….bowl of milk muesli (no sugar) add max chopped fruits
*AT 9:00 pm*
