Next 10 days…. Take cinnamon (¼ spoon) water…. 20pml
Next 10 days….. Take coriander (½ spoon)…. Water 200 ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachios and giloy juice (20ml) mixed with water
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits
*BREAKFAST*
*10:30 am*
bowl of milk muesli (no sugar) add max fruits
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
*At 12:30 noon*
bowl of jamun
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle
*LUNCH*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

22,23 july….. glass of mango shake (use ½ mango nd 250ml milk) (no sugar)
*AT 9:00 pm*
bowl of mix fruits
*Take Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed*
(2 time green tea in a day)….
