Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take jeera(½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd aloevera juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*BREAKFAST*

*7:30 am*

2 moong dal cheela (non sticky) with curd and salad bowl

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 10:00 noon*

bowl of jamun 

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch …..add in your water bottle

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:30pm*

coconut water

19,20 july….Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted makhana 

21 july… cup of tea with roasted makhana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

22,23 july….bowl of  yellow dal and salad of bowl 

24  july…bowl of milk muesli (no sugar) 

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 pear

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
