First 10 days…. Take mint leaves(12-15 leaves) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 black pepper with water

Next 10 days… Take ajwain(½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

*BREAKFAST*

*10:00 am*

22,23,24 july…. 1 large suji cheela(non sticky) with salad of bowl 

25 july…. bowl of apple mango smoothie (no sugar)

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

coconut water with roasted chana

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

One day ..green leafy veg as veg 

25 july…. bowl of curd mix salad

*EVENING TEA*

*At 4:30 pm*

Cup of milk(no sugar) with handful of roasted makhana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

24 july…..bowl of  milk cornflakes (no sugar) add max chopped fruits 

25 july…. bowl of apple mango smoothie (no sugar)

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
