First 10 days…. Take jeera (half spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take 2 black pepper water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Coriander (half spoon) with water
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 almond 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml ) with water
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 digestive biscuits
*BREAKFAST*
*9:00 am*
22 july… bowl of cucumber raita
23,24,25 july…. bowl of sprouts khichdi with salad
1 thepla with curd nd salad bowl
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
*At 11:00 noon*
1 bowl of papaya
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

Cup of milk or milk tea or green tea (use elaichi in milk) with 2 Marie biscuits
Water intake maximum
