First 10 days…. Take jeera (half spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 black pepper water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Coriander (half spoon) with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 almond 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml ) with water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga


Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 digestive biscuits


*9:00 am*

22 july… bowl of cucumber raita

23,24,25 july…. bowl of sprouts khichdi with salad

1 thepla with curd nd salad bowl

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*


*At 11:00 noon*

1 bowl of papaya

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle


*AT 1:00pm*

22 july… 2 brown bread with veg and salad bowl

23,24,25 july…. 1 chapati with veg and salad bow


One day ….. boiled rice with chana as a veg


*AT 3:00PM*

Bowl of Papaya


*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk or milk tea or green tea (use elaichi in milk) with 2 Marie biscuits

Water intake maximum


*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

22 July …….* bowl of  cucumber raita with salad bowl

23,24, july… bowl of roasted chivda nuts salad

25 july… bowl of custard fruit smoothie

*AT 9:00 pm*

 bowl of mix salad

*If needed*

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….



* Do walk for 45 min. daily

* Send me ur weight every day

* if any medical issues then send your report on every sunday (eg. Diabetes)

* Weight must check on same machine nd on digital machine and on same timing every time(empty stomach)
