First 10 days…. Take jeera(¬Ĺspoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Squeeze 1 lemon (don’t soak) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ajwain(¬Ĺspoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie  biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*9:00 am*

2 suji cheela (non stocky) with curd nd salad bowl

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:00 noon*

bowl of jamun

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …..paneer as veg

*EVENING TEA*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted chana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

25 july…bowl of milk cornflakes¬† (no sugar) add ,max chopped fruits¬†

*AT 9:00 pm*
