?? Need to follow strictly, timing can be managed according to your comfort but except your dinner time

Early morning when u wake up at *4:00* am

(soaked overnight)

First 10 days…. Take jeera (½ spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon flax seeds nd tulsi drops (2 drops)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

glass of cucumber juice

*BREAKFAST*

*8:00 am*

bowl of bread masala (use 2 slice of brown bread)with salad of bowl

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

*MORNING MID MEAL*

*At 10:00 am*

1 mosambi

*AFTERNOON MID MEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

coconut water

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 1:30pm*

 2 chapati(jau nd wheat) with veg and salad 

Or

One day…… green beans veggies  as veg 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 3:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted chana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 6:30pm to 7:00pm*

23 july… bowl of veg oats (add max chopped veggies) with salad of bowl

24,25 july… bowl of murmura bhel (low salad) add max chopped salad

*post dinner*

*At 9:00 pm*
