Early morning when u wake up at *5:30 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water

Next 10 days… Take ajwain (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½spoon flax seeds nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 digestive biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*7:30 am

bowl of makhana kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 10:00 am*

2-3 plum

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

coconut water

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

4 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …..bowl of suji pasta with salad of bowl 

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 4:00PM*

1 guava 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 6:30pm*

27,28 july….bowl of veg vermicelli (add max chopped veggies) with salad of bowl

29 july…. cup of custard milk (no sugar)

*AT 8:00 pm*

Cup of milk with handful of roasted puffed rice 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
