Early morning when u wake up at *6:20 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take 2 garlic cloves with water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take mint leaves (½spoon paste) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼ spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd giloy juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*early morning*

cup of milk tea/ green tea with 2 marie biscuits 

*BREAKFAST*

*8:00 am*

1 large ragi dosa with green chutney nd salad bowl

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 10:30 am*

Infused water (add chopped cucumber, curry leaves, cinnamon in it)   

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:30 noon*

1 guava 

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00 pm*

 2 chapati (use soya &  wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk (use pinch of turmeric) with handful roasted chana    

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

30 july…. cup of almond milk ( no sugar)

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 pear 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
