Need to follow strictly,timing can manage according to your comfort except ur dinner time

Early morning when u wake up at 8:30 am

soaked overnight

First 10 days… TakeĀ  cinnamonĀ  (Ā¼ spoon) Water…. 200ml

Next 10 days…. Take 2 black pepper with water

Next 10 days….TakeĀ  jeera (Ā½ spoon)water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond n half spoon of flax seeds & noni with garcinia cambogia (20 ml) with warm water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

glass of guava juiceĀ 


*at 10:00 pm*

28,29,30 july…. 1 paneer wrap ( use 60gms paneer) with salad of bowl

31 july… bowl of milk muesli (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

Donā€™t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal


*At gym*

infused water (use 1 cucumber, ginger nd some mint leaves)Ā 

Half spoon basil seed In a day…..anytime…..add in your water bottle


*AT 2:00 pm*

Ā 28,29,30 july…..2 chapati (use ragi nd wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

31 july…. 1 oats kneaded chapati with curd and salad of bowl


*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of puffed riceĀ 

Water intake maximum


*at 7:30 pm*

28,29 july…. bowl of murmura khichdi with salad of bowl

30 july…. bowl of suji kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

31 july…. bowl of milk muesli ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple

Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….



* Do walk for 45 min. daily

* Send me ur weight every day

* if any medical issues then send your report on every sunday (eg. Diabetes)

* Weight must check on same machine nd on digital machine and on same timing every time(empty stomach)
