Early morning when u wake up at 8:30 am
soaked overnight
First 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼ spoon) Water…. 200ml
Next 10 days…. Take 2 black pepper with water
Next 10 days….Take jeera (½ spoon)water… 200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
After 10 min … 4 soaked almond n half spoon of flax seeds & noni with garcinia cambogia (20 ml) with warm water
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga

glass of guava juice
*BREAKFAST*

28,29,30 july…. 1 paneer wrap ( use 60gms paneer) with salad of bowl
31 july… bowl of milk muesli (no sugar) add max chopped fruits
Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

infused water (use 1 cucumber, ginger nd some mint leaves)
Half spoon basil seed In a day…..anytime…..add in your water bottle

31 july…. 1 oats kneaded chapati with curd and salad of bowl

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of puffed rice

31 july…. bowl of milk muesli ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
