First 10 days…. Take methi (½ spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take jeera (½ spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½spoon flax seeds nd noni with garcinia cambogia (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

1 hour walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

glass of guava  juice

*MORNING TEA*

Cup of milk or milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

*morning meal*

31 july…. bowl of curd mix fruits (without salt) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..anytime…..add in your water bottle

*BRUNCH*

*AT 12:00pm*

28,29,30 july…  2 chapati (use soya & wheat flours) with veg nd salad bowl

Or

one day…. white chana  as veg

31 july… bowl of milk oats ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 2:00 noon*

 coconut water 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 4:00 pm*

Cup of milk or milk tea or green tea (use elaichi in milk) with 2 digestive biscuits 

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 6:00PM*

1 mosambi 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

28 july… bowl of broccoli mix soup (low salt) with salad of bowl

29,30 july… cup of almond milk ( no sugar)

31 july… bowl of curd mix fruits ( without salt) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

bowl of cucumber and tomato 

Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
