Next 10 days… Take coriander ((½ spoon)  water… 200ml

Next 10 days… take turmeric (¼ spoon) water….. 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd Giloy juice (20ml) with water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*early morning* 

glass of guava  juice 

*BREAKFAST*

*9:00 am*

28 july… bowl of milk muesli ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

29,30,31 july… bowl of veg oats ( add max chopped veggies ) with salad of bowl

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MID MEAL*

*At 10:00 am*

Cup of milk tea or green tea(without sugar) with handful of roasted chana 

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

1 guava

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:30 pm*

28 july…. bowl of kiwi banana smoothie ( no sugar)

 29,30,31 july….3 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

one day…..spinach as veg

Cup of milk tea/ green tea with 2 marie biscuits

*At 5:30 pm*

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*
