?? *Need to follow strictly, timing can be managed according to your comfort but except your dinner time*

Early morning when u wake up at *7:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 15 days…. Take almond oil(2dros) water… 200ml

Next 15 days… Take jeera(¼spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd roasted ½spoon sunflower seeds

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

30 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk or milk tea with ½ handful of peanuts  

*BREAKFAST*

*10:00 am*

bowl of pomegranate salad ( use 2 pomegranate )

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:30 noon*

fresh juice

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

2 chapati with veg nd curd nd salad bowl

*EVENING TEA*

*At 4:00 pm*

 Cup of milk tea with ½ handful of peanuts 

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 6:00PM*

1 apple

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 8:00pm*

glass of almond milk (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:30 pm*

1 guava 

Finish your meals atleast 2 hours before going bed
