First 10 days…. Take barley (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 tulsi leaves /drops water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd half spoon flax seeds nd giloy juice (20ml) with water 

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

*AT 6:00AM*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits

*MORNING MEAL*

*AT 8:00AM*

*BREAKFAST*

29 july…..glass of banana shake (use 1 banana and 250ml milk) ( no sugar)

coconut water with handful of roasted chana

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*Take 20ml Apple cider vinegar before lunch only for 15 days*
