Early morning when u wake up at *7:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take liquorice powder (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*BREAKFAST*

*7:30 am*

30,31 july,1 august….. 1 ½ veg grilled sandwich ( use 3 slice of brown bread) with bowl of salad

2 august….. bowl of milk cornflakes ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 9:30 noon*

coconut water with handful of roasted chana

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:30pm*

Cup of milk or milk tea or green tea with 2 digestive biscuits

*LUNCH*

*AT 1:30pm*

30 july…  3 chapati with veg and curd nd salad of bowl 

31 july,1 august…… 2 chapati with veg and curd nd salad of bowl 

Or

One day ….. rongi as veg

2 august…… 2 slice of brown bread with veg and salad of bowl

*EVENING MIDMEAL*

*AT 3:30 pm*

1 pear

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:30 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea (use elaichi in milk) with handful of roasted makhana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

30,31 july…. bowl of veg upma ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

1 august….. cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 suji rusk

2 august….. bowl of milk cornflakes ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….

Prefer raspberry green tea only
