Early morning when u wake up at 5:30am

(soaked overnight)

First 10 days…. Take 2 black pepper with water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd triphala juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

glass of white petha juice

*BREAKFAST*

*8:30 am*

5,6,7 august…. bowl of veg upma ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

8 august…. cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 slice of brown bread

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 10:30 am*

Bowl of avocado

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:30 noon*

lemon water (no sugar,no salt)

*take 15ml apple cider vinegar for 15 days before lunch*

*LUNCH*

*AT 3:00pm*

5,6,7 august…..2 chapati (use soya nd wheat flour)with veg nd salad bowl

or

one day…. rajma as veg

8 august….bowl of makhana kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:30 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with ½ handful of peanuts 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

5 august…. bowl of mushroom salsa salad ( low salt) add max chopped salad

6,7 august….bowl of oatmeal porridge

8 august…. cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 slice of brown bread

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 pear 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
