First 10 days…. Take rose petals (12 to 15 leaves) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take mint leaves (12 to. 15 leaves) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Coriander (½Spoon)with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd Aloevera juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

cup of milk (150ml milk)

*BREAKFAST*

*9:00 am*

6 august…..bowl of makhana kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

7,8,9 august….bowl of spicy crunchy cornflakes ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:30 noon*

lemon water ( add 2 spoon of gond katira)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

6 august…cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 slice of brown bread

7,8,9 august……1 chapati ( use ragi  & wheat flour)with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …. paneer as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted makhana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

7 august…. bowl of veg upma ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

8,9 august…..cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 suji rusk

*AT 9:00 pm*
