Need to follow strictly, timing can manage according to your comfort except ur dinner time

Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days… take mint leaves (½spoon) water…200ml

Next 10 days… Take methi (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take jeera (½spoon) water…200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd giloy juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

6,7,8 august….bowl of sprouts khichdi with bowl of salad

9 august….bowl of milk oats ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*


*At 11:30 noon*

1 apple 

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*take apple cider vinegar 15ml before lunch for 15 days*


*AT 2:00pm*

6,7,8 august…..2 chapati (use ragi & wheat flour) with veg and salad


One day.. … green beans veg as veg

9 august….cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 suji rusk


*At 4:30 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted makhana 

Water intake maximum

*Take ½ sp isabgol with warm water on alternate day*


*AT 7:00pm*

6 august….bowl of makhana chaat ( add max chopped salad)

7,8 august….glass of apple shake ( use 250ml milk) ( no sugar)

9 august…..bowl of milk oats ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*,post dinner*

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….



* Do walk for 45 min. daily

* Send me ur weight every day

* if any medical issues then send your report on every sunday (eg. Diabetes)

* Weight must check on same machine nd on digital machine and on same timing every time(empty stomach)
