Early morning when u wake up at *7:45 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 15days…. Take shitavari (half spoon) water… 200ml

Next 15 days… Take ginseng (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd half spoon watermelon seeds, ashwagandha juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*BREAKFAST*

*10:00 am*

6,7,8 august….2 thepla with curd and bowl of salad

9 august….bowl of milk muesli (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

bowl of papaya

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..anytime…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:30pm*

6,7,8 august…..2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl nd curd

Or

One day ..black chana as veg

9 august…..2 ragi kneaded chapati with veg and curd and bowl of salad

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk with 1-2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily with 2 marie biscuits 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

6 august…. 1 chapati ( use soya and wheat flour) with dal and bowl of salad

7,8 august….bowl of boiled eggs ( use 2 egg white with 1 whole egg)

9 august…. bowl of milk muesli ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple

(1 time green tea in a day)….
