*SUGAR AND BUTTER NOT ALLOWED*

Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take jeera (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 black pepper with water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 1⁄2spoon flax seeds  nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*9:00 am*

bowl of veg oats ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad  

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:00 noon*

bowl of avocado

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*Take 20ml apple cider vinegar for 15 days before lunch*

*LUNCH*

*AT 1:30pm*

  2 chapati(use oats and wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …..rajma as veg 

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 4:00PM*

infused water ( add chopped apple, cinnamon, mint leaves)

Water intake maximum

*1½ spoon isabgol with warm water*

*DINNER*

*AT 6:30pm*

9 august…..bowl of nutritious veg salad ( add max chopped salad)

10,11 august…..large plate of watermelon

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 pear 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
