[Diet started on *23 May*]

*9,10,11 August*

Need to follow strictly, timing can be managed according to your comfort but except your dinner time

*SUGAR AND BUTTER NOT ALLOWED*

Early morning when u wake up at *5:30* am

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take jeera (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ajwain (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 garlic cloves with water.. Water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd giloy juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*BREAKFAST*

*8:00 am*

2-3 quick veggie tikki with green chutney nd bowl of salad

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

*MID MEAL*

*10:00 AM*

infused water ( add chopped mosambi, Oregon, curry leaves )

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 1:30pm*

 3 chapati ( use oats and wheat flour) with veg and salad bowl  

Or

One day …..any green veg as veg 

8 august….. bowl of curd mix salad ( low salt) add max chopped salad 

*EVENING MIDMEAL*

*AT 3:30PM*

1 pear 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:30 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with  handful of roasted puffed rice 

*Water intake maximum*

*add half spoon sun flower seeds in a day* 

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm*

9,10 august…..bowl of pomegranate salad ( add max chopped salad)

11 august…..cup of milk ( no sugar) with 1 apple

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 guava

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
