Need to follow strictly, timing can manage according to your comfort except ur dinner time

Early morning when u wake up at 6:15 am

(soaked overnight)

First 10 days…. Take rose (¬Ĺ rose / ¬Ĺspoon rose powder) water…200ml

Next 10 days… Take jeera (¬Ĺspoon) water….200 ml

Next 10 days… Take mint leaves (¬Ĺ spoon paste) water….200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond n ¬Ĺ spoon sunflower seeds and sea buckthorn juice (20ml) with water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

FOR DANDRUFF….karela juice, cumin seeds powder nd lime juice


Glass of pear juice


*9:00 am*

bowl of bread chana masala ( use 1 slice of brown bread) with bowl of salad

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal


*AT 11:00 AM*

cup of milk tea or green tea with oats biscuits


*At 1:00 noon*

Bowl of papaya 

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..anytime…..add in your water bottle

*Take 20 ml Apple cider vinegar mixed with water before lunch*


.1 chapati (use ragi with wheat) with veg and salad bowl 


one day…..pav with bhaji¬†

after 5 min green tea

coconut water

Water intake maximum


*AT 7:30 pm*

9 august….bowl of murmura bhel with bowl of salad¬†

10,11 august….glass of oats shake ( no sugar)¬† add max chopped fruits¬†

AT 9:30 pm

1 pear 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….



* Do walk for 45 min. daily

* Send me ur weight every day

* if any medical issues then send your report on every sunday (eg. Diabetes)

* Weight must check on same machine nd on digital machine and on same timing every time(empty stomach)
