Early morning when u wake up at 6:15 am
(soaked overnight)
First 10 days…. Take rose (½ rose / ½spoon rose powder) water…200ml
Next 10 days… Take jeera (½spoon) water….200 ml
Next 10 days… Take mint leaves (½ spoon paste) water….200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
After 10 min … 4 soaked almond n ½ spoon sunflower seeds and sea buckthorn juice (20ml) with water
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
FOR DANDRUFF….karela juice, cumin seeds powder nd lime juice
*EARLY MORNING*
Glass of pear juice
*BREAKFAST*
*9:00 am*
bowl of bread chana masala ( use 1 slice of brown bread) with bowl of salad
Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal
*MID MEAL*
*AT 11:00 AM*
cup of milk tea or green tea with oats biscuits

*At 1:00 noon*
Bowl of papaya
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..anytime…..add in your water bottle
*Take 20 ml Apple cider vinegar mixed with water before lunch*

after 5 min green tea

10,11 august….glass of oats shake ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
